We can't do anything without great volunteers in our community and we appreciate those willing to donate their time and talents. There are many ways to help as we prepare for the biggest baby shower in the nation in 2017. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own children for events leading up to the shower. However, the day of the shower only volunteers who are 12 years and older are allowed to assist. We will have many large items and moving parts so we are want to keep all little kids at bay. All adults should not bring their own children 11 years and under to the shower so your full attention can be provided to these expecting moms. Many volunteers will be assigned a mom to look after, assist at the shower and help pack up her car when it's time to leave.
You can help assist the shower by:
Collecting donations in your office or school (We can provide a box and flyers)
Hold a Diaper Drive (All brands newborn up to size 5)
Help make diaper cakes
Knit Baby Blankets, Bibs, Clothes
Make Handmade Baby Quilts
Crochet blankets or booties to be given to new military moms/babies
Donate new baby items and drop off your donations at the nearest drop off location
Donate your time by making sock corsages
Donate your time at one of our grocery store donation table drives
Photographers who can donate their services the day of the shower are greatly appreciated
Volunteer by helping us unload/set up the ballroom for the shower
Other ways to help expecting and new military moms:
Bring a home cooked or take out meal to a new deployed mom
Help feed, watch or hold babies while mom gets a nap or takes a shower
Help deliver gifts
Put a Crib together for a deployed Mom whose husband is in a war zone
